Previously, he was Director and the President and Chief Executive Officer of LoJack Corporation, a premier worldwide marketer of wireless tracking and recovery systems for valuable mobile assets and a leader in global stolen vehicle recovery, since 2007. From 2004 to 2006, Mr. Waters was the Chief Operating Officer of Wm. Wrigley Jr. Company, a leader in the confectionery industry and the world's largest manufacturer and marketer of gum.

Mr. Waters graduated from Trinity College with a degree in History and Economics and received his Masters in Accounting from New York University, Stern School of Business.

Mr. Waters is a director of Fortune Brands, Inc.
