Mary H. Bell has been a Director of the Corporation since 2006.
Ms. Bell has been Vice President, Building Construction Products Division of Caterpillar Inc., the world's leading manufacturer of construction and mining equipment, diesel and natural gas engines and industrial gas turbines, since 2007. Previously, from 2004 to 2007, Ms. Bell was a Vice President of Caterpillar Inc. and Chairman and President of Caterpillar Logistics Services, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Caterpillar Inc. From 2002 to 2004, Ms. Bell was the General Manager of Caterpillar Distribution Services, Logistics Division.
Ms. Bell received her B.S. degree in marketing from the University of Iowa and is a graduate of the University of Michigan’s Advanced Executive Program.
