Mr. Porcellato has been an independent business consultant since February 2007. From 2002 through January 2007, Mr. Porcellato was the Chief Executive Officer of ICI Paints North America, a manufacturer and distributor of decorative coatings and a subsidiary of Imperial Chemical Industries PLC.

Mr. Porcellato has a Bachelor of Commerce, Business and Economics degree from the University of Toronto and is a Chartered Accountant.
