Larry B. Porcellato has been a Director of the Corporation since 2004.

Mr. Porcellato has been the Chief Executive Officer of The Homax Group, Inc., a leading specialty application consumer product supplier to the home care and repair markets, since January 2009. Previously, from February 2007 through December 2008, Mr. Porcellato was an independent business consultant. From 2002 through January 2007, Mr. Porcellato was the Chief Executive Officer of ICI Paints North America, a manufacturer and distributor of decorative coatings and a subsidiary of Imperial Chemical Industries PLC.

Mr. Porcellato has a Bachelor of Commerce, Business and Economics degree from the University of Toronto and is a Chartered Accountant.

Mr. Porcellato is a director of OMNOVA Solutions Inc.
