Joseph E. Scalzo has been a Director of the Corporation since 2003.

Mr. Scalzo has been the President and Chief Executive Officer of WhiteWave and Morningstar Foods Companies, manufacturers of premium food products, since the beginning of 2008 and, from 2005 to 2008, President and Chief Executive Officer of WhiteWave Food Company. Previously, from 2004 to 2005, he was the Group President, Personal Care and Global Value Chain and, from 2001 to 2004, he served as President, Global Personal Care Products, and as a Vice President of The Gillette Company, a marketer and manufacturer of personal care and use products.

Mr. Scalzo graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a BS in Chemical Engineering.
