John A. Halbrook has been a Director of the Corporation since 2004.

Mr. Halbrook has been a Director of Woodward Governor Company, a designer, manufacturer, marketer and service provider of energy control solutions for aircraft engines, industrial engines and turbines, power generation and process automation equipment, since 1991. Previously, from 1995 to January 2008, he was the Chairman of the Board and from 1995 to 2005, he was the Chief Executive Officer of Woodward Governor Company.

Mr. Halbrook graduated from Taylor University with a degree in Mathematics, from Purdue University with a degree in Electrical Engineering and from the University of Rochester with an MBA.

Mr. Halbrook is a director of Amcore Financial Inc.
